These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tensora website and online educational programmes. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions
- "Tensora", "we", "us", "our" — Tensora, operating at 88 Thaweewong Road, Patong, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand.
- "Service" — the website at tensoray.club and all online educational programmes offered through it.
- "User", "you", "your" — any person accessing the website or enrolling in a programme.
- "Content" — all text, videos, exercises, code, materials, and resources provided within a programme.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Service Description
Tensora provides online educational programmes covering topics in AI programming, data engineering, and AI systems development. These programmes are offered for educational and skill-building purposes only.
- Programme content is delivered digitally via the Tensora platform.
- Availability may vary and is subject to maintenance, updates, or external factors.
- Access to specific programmes is subject to enrolment and payment confirmation.
- Programmes are available to learners worldwide, though some features may vary by region.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to share your access credentials with any other person.
- Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
5. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the platform and content for personal, educational purposes only.
- Treat other learners and instructors with respect in any community or forum spaces.
- Not copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense any course materials.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the platform or its content.
- Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Comply with all applicable laws while using the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tensora website and within our programmes — including but not limited to text, videos, exercises, code examples, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Tensora and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use programme content for your own personal educational development. This licence does not include the right to:
- Reproduce or distribute materials to third parties.
- Use content for commercial purposes.
- Create derivative works based on our materials.
7. Payment Terms
Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise stated.
- Intro to AI Programming Module: ฿3,700
- Data Engineering for AI Track: ฿16,500
- Advanced AI Systems Programme: ฿32,500
We accept payment via the methods listed on our checkout page. Prices are subject to change; the price applicable to your enrolment is the price displayed at the time of payment.
Refund policy: Requests for a refund may be submitted within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the programme content. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
8. Enrolment Terms
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and an email confirmation from Tensora.
- Some programmes have prerequisite experience levels; you are responsible for ensuring you meet these before enrolling.
- Programme access is typically available for the duration specified on the programme page. Access periods may be extended at Tensora's discretion.
- Tensora reserves the right to modify programme content, structure, or scheduling for educational quality purposes, with reasonable notice to enrolled learners.
- Completion of a programme does not constitute a formal qualification, certification, or academic credential. Programmes are educational and skill-development in nature.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any programme content.
- Educational outcomes vary by individual learner; we make no representations about what any learner will achieve after completing a programme.
- We do not guarantee employment, income, or any specific professional result from completing our programmes.
- Content is provided for educational and general skill-building purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tensora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any programme.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Tensora in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tensora, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
- Tensora may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice.
- You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect after termination.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand. Users may also seek recourse through relevant Thai consumer protection authorities.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tensora.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive our right to do so in future.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
- Notices: Notices to Tensora should be sent to [email protected].
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to inform active learners. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
